Client safety is one of our highest priorities when we provide our pest control services.
I don’t proclaim to know everything about Covid-19, however, following advice and guidelines from the Australian Government Department of Health we have reviewed and adopted some new operational procedures.
Whilst we realise the extra safety measures may seem a bit over the top, we don’t want to take the risk of inadvertently spreading any germs or virus’ from one house to another, or back home to my wife and children.
Some of the extra safety precautions we are putting in place include:
- We will be asking clients, upon initial booking, and prior to entering their home, if they have been overseas in the past 14 days, or if anyone in the household is showing any flu-like symptoms. If there is any doubt we can reschedule your service to another time
- Hand sanitiser will be used when arriving at every job, and disposable gloves will be worn, even when not applying pesticides
- Social distancing measures will be in place, so please don’t be offended when we don’t shake hands when greeting and saying farewell
- Daily wipe down of service van with disinfectant wipes
Although we are taking some extra precautionary steps, we are open for business as usual.
